Each inspection includes:

• Inspection of roof & exterior of building
• Assessment of the structural integrity
• Inspection of electrical, heating, plumbing and cooling systems
• Inspection of interior components and finishes
• Inspection of insulation and ventilation

If available, New Look Inspections will study any available strata minutes and engineers’ reports obtained by the client prior to inspection.
