The typical inspection of a condominium unit includes:

- Each inspection includes a detailed inspection of the units:
- Inspection of electrical, heating, plumbing & cooling systems
- Assessment of the structural integrity
- Inspection of interior components and finishes
- Inspection of insulation & ventilation
In addition, Condominium inspections also include a ‘walk through’ inspection of accessible common areas of the condominium building including the exterior, roof, underground parking garage, mechanical and electrical rooms, common hallways and recreation rooms.
If available, New Look Inspections will study any available strata minutes and engineers’ reports obtained by the client prior to inspection.
