Dale Trach, owner of New Look Inspections, is a Registered Home Inspector with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors and provincially licensed by the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Association.

He has completed accredited Home Inspection Training at Carson Dunlop & Associates Ltd. having owned and operated a residential and commercial renovation business for more than 12 years. Prior to that he worked at the Technical Service department of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Association, delivering inspections for various federal programs.
